Problems recording SD channels in .ts format

Hi

 

I have managed to successfully record HD channels in .ts format.

If I try to record SD channels in .ts format the file name is created but no data is recorded.

If I record SD channels in .mpg format it works fine.

 

I would prefer to use .ts format as this is much better for HD but this will cause a problem if I want to set up the scheduler to record a sequence of both SD and HD channels.

 

The manual suggests using the .ts format - "This one is most advisable for further editing and error correction."

 

Anyone have any idea of what is going wrong?

But my suggestion is that you dont have a working MPEG2 decoder
