How do i Install DVB

Hi, i have had DVB for 3 years, and yesterday I downloaded 4.8.0.1, I received a mail with a keyfile/password( Please store the keyfile on your harddisk) I put the keyfile in a folder on my desktop, on running DVB it gets to the keyfile input box but it does not recognise the file in the folder,nor can i enter username or password,can anyone tell me where i am going wrong.

What do you mean by "does not recognize"?

Well i start DVB, it runs and when it's done a box pops up wanting user name/keyfile/password etc and i cannot enter anything?

Run the "DVBViewer Pro KeyTool" (start menu > programs > DVBViewer > Support > DVBViewer Pro KeyTool) and enter there the correct data.

And make sure that the checksum is correct.
