Dapekim Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Hi all, I have problem with my audio ac3 and aac DVB-S playback in my home Wlan. I use DVBViewer 4.8.1 Pro in both computers. In my PC with external DVB-S hardware Skystar USB 2HD CI (server) I start DVBViewer server, in my wlan notebook (client) I can watch TV channels perfect, everything works fine. But when I start watching any channel with ac3 or aac audio (dolby, surround), I see only video, no sound. When I switch to stereo (if avaible), everything is OK and I can hear audio again. Where should be problem? I have good codecs, never problems with playback ts, mkv, dolby 5.1, surround etc. Sorry, but my english isn´t so good...:-) Thank you for your help.... Quote
Lars_MQ Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 You need to install an audio decoder for those formats on the clients. For AC3 you can use the AC3Filter Quote
