Media file / Output pin puzzle!

When I wanted to view a channel ( 12523,H,30000,56,QPSK @ 93.5E ), I got this:

I have S2-1600, XP-SP3 & ATI-4830 video card. Codecs used are ArcSoft & Cyberlink....both latest.

Any suggestion?
