Hi, i'm from Hong Kong, and just update from DVBViewer 4.5, recording service 1.6.2 beta to

DVBViewer 4.9, recording service 1.9.2 beta.

The result is : the direct stream function ok!

the Embedded function NOT ok!

both direct stream and Embedded set off, hardware decode set on, choose H.264 , mp3 decode,

NOT ok!

all other setting was the same as I using DVBViewer 4.5 and recording service 1.6.2 beta,

but it's worked fine with those version....

Should i uninstall all the related software again? vlc player, DVBViewer and recording service?

And i want to ask which version of the vlc player and the ffmpeg that i need to install that can match the DVBViewer 4.9 and the lateset version of recording service.....

P.S : Did any brother everythings work perfectly on dvb4.9 and rs1.9.2

SHARE YOUR CONFIG AND THE VERSION WHAT U R USING!

Thx all brother

embedded not working for me also, with any vlc version.

Transcoded and direct stream work.

Thx for informations brother...

After i tested, now both embedded and not embedded are work perfectly. :bounce:

I just provide my installation step ....

1. First i installed vlc 1.11 (the latest version), during the step of installation of vlc, you need to choose Fully installation

2.install DVBViewer 4.9 important! In my case, i need to install it fresh, if u have older version of DVBViewer in your system, i suggest u better uninstall it "completely" !

3.Finally install recording service 1.9.2

All of the setting i was follow the instruction,

Done!

Now i have some another questions...

the recording service have a option "web config", I have take the guess account, and set the password and user name for admin and guess,

i think, that means the recording service can serve at lease two user ,both streaming, and watching difference channel,

is that correct? (my tv card have two tunner!)

i have try to use two account to login to port 8089,

account "A" , i stream to port 3335,

then i use VLC play back http://myip:3335 ok, embedd are ok too.

then i haven't stop this streaming,

i use another computer login to 8089, use account "b"

then choose to stream another channel to port "3336",

then use vlc to play http://myip:3336 , doesn't work!

then i play http://myip:3335 again, it stopped.

then i play http://myip:3336 again, it worked!

I want to ask is that recording service support multi user? how many?

laden, here is mine:

DVBViewer 4.9, rec service 1.9.2:

i start DVBViewer on channel BBC for example ( from transponder A)

enter webpage, my ip http://192.168.0.198:8089/, go to channels from transponder A,

BB1, stream it with VLC

now i want to stream from BBC2, with vlc, but VLC crashes.

I use mediaplayer, it open the stream.

Conclusion, i could stream 2-3 channels in the same time with direct stream, from channels that are on the same trasnponder.

I open one stream with VLC, second with mediaplayer, third with winamp.

I test this with 1 single dvbc tuner, right now in the house i only have one tuner.

thx for reply bogdan1980!

update my test..

Now i finger it out ,

iphone work perfectly.

android phone default brower and dophine brower can't see the stream, need to open the link on another stream player....

I use iphone Safari, must be log into http://yourip:8089/iphone, it will work perfectly, change channel ok.

when i use android log into http://yourip:8089/iphone, it can't see the stream on the web page,

and i open the link on another stream player, still not working....

and i open myip:8089, start the stream with emb, then open it with vplayer, its work.....

so, the result is, android not so compatible in html5, with their default brower and dophin brower...... :bye:

iphone haven't any problem, work perfectly.
