pat5zero Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 (edited) Recently I found out I had a bad stick of ram. I thought at first it was my PCIe TV card and or Driver and removed the card and DVBViewer 4.9. I have tried unsuccessfully to re-install the program. At the setup I get DVBViewer running and is using services. Namely the DVBservice.exe *32. I have tried to stop the service in the task manager and then proceed with the installation but halfway through the installation I get a error message on copying "sprite3.dll" I get a warning (an error occurred while replacing sprite3.dll. DeleteFile failed; Code 5. Access denied. Do I just stop the DVBservice and delete the DVBViewer folder and try and re-install? Edited November 7, 2011 by pat5zero Quote
pat5zero Posted November 7, 2011 Author Posted November 7, 2011 Sorry, I have worked out what to do. I stopped the DVBservice in the task manager and then deleted the whole DVBViewer directory and the setup DVBViewer 4.9 program installed with no worries. Quote
