LAV decoder - CUDA acceleration working for live TV

As per topic, the LAV decoder created by nevcairiel can now give CUDA acceleration (for NVidia) with live TV, MPEG2 or H.264, AFAIK the only (officially) free decoder that can do this:

for me it's not working for live-tv with nvidia off course.

If i set lav for mpeg2 and hd video, microsoft codec is set.

 

Edit: is working with 0.41, but how:

 

I set hardware deinterlace to CUVID, then is working.

If i did not set CUVID, Lav is not workin for live-tv, and instead microsoft codec is used.

Both with CUVID (acceleration) on or off work here using 0.39 (with 9800GT). Works well, no breakups or anything else. LAV filters are excellent too.
