DVB Viewer Fails When Closed and Restarted

I use DVBViewer GE, which works well the first time it is started after Windows 7 is powered up. If I close DVBViewer and then restart it it will not work until Windows is rebooted. Both picture and sound are output as glitches every few seconds.

 

I have tried the Pro version which does the same.

 

Any advice would be welcome, thanks.support.zip
