I've the same kind of problem too, while I've tried IE, Chrome and Firefox

P.S. This is the first time I signing in the new member area & I'm still able to sign in the old area now.

OK

I have figured out that I actually am signed into the new members site.

I guess the reason I thought that I was not here was that I could not sign into the area where you can download the newest version of DVBViewer that is here:

ATTENTION: You can download the DVBViewer Pro 4.9 only from https://www.DVBViewer.tv/members/

Can someone please guide me twoard the version download I also need the newist version of Trans Edit.

Thanks

Are you sure that you not ordered already the new credentials?

If you used the wizard to order the new credentials once. You can only use the new credentials to log into the new members area.

Ok

So what I need to do is order new credentials to be able to download the new files right?

Are you 100% sure that nobody beside you knows your old credentials?

Hi,

I am actually having the same problem. Old member area works. I have not seen the form to generate new credentials.

What can I do?

Thanks,

Niklas

If yes which browser do you use?

Do you use copy and paste via mouse or via keyboard or du you enter it manually?
