Auf der Herstellerseite steht ganz unten folgendes:

 

nicht DVB-S2 kompatibel

in der Regel nicht DVB-C kompatibel

 

Soll wohl heissen das WinTV-CI kommt mit den hohen Transponderdatenraten, wie sie oft bei DVB-S2 und auch teilweise bei DVB-C auftreten, nicht klar.

Ziemlicher Murx, finde ich, ist so nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
