Correct Frequence

Hi,

 

I have a HTPC with DVBViewer and card from digital devices.

 

I wounder what the correct frequence adjustment on my pc/htpc should be, when waching ordinary TV.

Is it 23, 24, 50, 59 or 60Hz i should use? Or something else?

 

I have a Samsung LED TV. UE60D8005.

 

I wounder about that because my picture looks very good, bu looks like is is not running smooth or som kind og jogging.

Not much, but i can see it.

 

 

Some information you may not need: Im located in Norway, and electrical power in Norway is 230V 50Hz.

The same as the TV station uses.

 

Acording to http://countrycode.org/tv-standards its 50 Hz in Norway.
