RS 1.9.3.0 can use the latest version of ffmpeg

I found that out by accident after upgrading Recording Service from 1.9.1.0 to 1.9.3.0!

The recommended ffmpeg build 18639 no longer works with 1.9.3.0!

Please enlighten us - what did we miss? For me only FFmpeg version git-f514695 Built on Dec 26 2011 works correctly. Latest FFmpeg version git-6833fe4 Built on Feb 6 2012 does not work at all. The process ffmpeg.exe isn't launched at all(or it launches and closes a moment later). When i revert to Dec26 build - streaming works again.

 

I download only static builds(tried both 32 and 64bit versions).
