Cable Connected but no Signal

i have connected the cable from Eutelsat W3

i have tried the connection into a normal Digital Reciever and it works fine

with SkyStar2 i couldn't recieve any signal, when i install the cards it detects the network card of SS2. i have tried it in several PC's with same issue .

i got this messages one after the other.

 

first one:

can't Set Tunerstauts (wrong settings), error 0×90010115

 

second one:

EAccessViolation raisd by instance tvChannels of class T Treeview at 05747241

 

please help me

before ask something you have to inform as about your installation a little more; so, please, read at least the six row How to submit a bug report : on top of this page...

 

...just to try to guess: what kind and version of driver have you installed for your SS2 card?

For the B2C2 Broadband Reciever PCI Adapter (Network card) Driver virsion 4.2.10.9999 . i got it from device manager.

i attatch the two files log file, ini file and other txt file.

What kind of Decoder is this? Where do you got it?

Disable all network protocoll for SS2 and delete setup4pc from autostart.
