driss1511
I keep seeing this message every time I open DVBViewer v4.9.6 and Above versions: (User data error 1279. Please use keytool.exe to enter the correct data.) I permitted the keytool to connect to the internet through windows firewall and various internet security programs, but I had no success. I renamed the keytool.exe to different names the result was the same, the program keeps showing the above message. The version DVBViewer v4.9.5.1 works fine though. If anybody does have the solution please I will appreciate your answer. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
Tjod
Make sure that you use the same user name and password for downloading from the Members Section and for the installation. Quote Link to comment

Tjod
Then something went wrong with the installation. Maybe a anti virus tool blocked a part of the installation. Stop your anti virus program, run the DVBViewer setup > start your anti virus software. Quote Link to comment

Tjod
There everything looks ok. If the Checksum in the KeyTool is correct. Write a email to the address on this page (make sure to include the user name you use to install the DVBViewer so that Bernd Hackbart can check it): http://www.DVBViewer.com/de/index.php?page=lost Quote Link to comment
sifolino
Same problem. Error 1279. Keytool looks correct also (username, password and checksum). I was obliged three yaers ago to change email and I actually do not use that one used in the password, but i do not think it matters. Here is support.zip ciao support.zip Quote Link to comment
