Forgot my key file to enable DVBViewer

I've the same situation here. The difference is, the email address that I used when I bought the licence is no longer active, so I can't access the registration email.

What can I do?

I've since bought a second licence and I have DVBViewer installed on 2 PCs using the same licence, but I don't want to be a pirate. How can I get access to my first licence?

I've already written about this through Support section on the website, I gave all purchase details etc, but I guess Lars (?) isn't happy to send credentials to different email.
