Can the Preset Filters be used with Live Satellite Feeds?

If so, what would the Conditions be set to?

Live TV only works via DVB Source, and there for it only works with formats which are supported by DVB Source.

What codes than are you talking about?

I mostly use codecs from LAV and FFdshow both using ReClock, but would like to have some Preset Filters for a few special feeds.
