diseqc problem with skystar2 & Win7 SP1 x64

I have a dual feed satellite system (Hotbird @ 13E and ASTRA @ 19.2E), a Skystar2, Technotrend WDM Drivers v4.6.0 and I use DVBViewer Pro v4.9.6.20 to watch TV channels.

I'm now migrating from Windows XP 32bit Service Pack 3 to Window 7 64bit Service Pack 1.

On Windows XP the above configuration worked and is still working fine.

On Windows 7 (everything same but the OS) mostly work fine except that when I try to change from one chanel on first LNB to one channel on the second LNB (LNB2) It takes quite a long time to switch (about 20 to 40 second up to some minutes or no switch at all), showing low signal level at the beginning (around 20%) to go up to 85% when become able to show the channel. Once on the second LNB I can switch to whatever channel on the second LNB without problem, but when I tryto go back to the first LNB I get the same delay or cannot change at all.

I expected to besomething in connection to the Diseqc and did the following test (always same hardware):

- Installed a fresh XP x86 OS, WDM 4.6.0 drivers and DVBViewer pro: Everything work well.

- Installed a fresh W7 SP1 x64 OS, and tried the following drivers: WDM 4.6.0, BDA 4.6.0, WDM 4.5.1 BDA 4.5.1. The problem described above showed up in all cases.

I wander if someone had the same issue and was able to fix it.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions
