Zer07 Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Hi, Anyway to sync recording with the TimeShift position? You stop recording in some position of the timeshift, and the file recorded is stopped in this position (and not record the whole timeshift) (for example, in ProgDVB and MyTheatre works like this) Quote
Gioxy Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 If you want retain (ie record permanently) the entire TimeShift file, you can simply chech "Keep Timeshift file" from "DVBViewer" DWBviewer's main menu... To know where those files will be stored (and other maybe useful settings) look in "Settings / Options / Timeshift"... Quote

I want for example, record a videoclip inside the current timeshift. For example, if the lenght of timeshft is 30min, and the clip I want to record starts in min 10 and ends at min 15 of this timeshift, record only 5 min of the current timeshft. Quote

This feature is already in ProgDVB, SmartDVB and long time agoo in MyThearte Please, add support for that. Quote

That would be sweet to have in DVBViewer! The way I usually do is save my TS/MPG recordings and have to use a third party (e.g., VideoReDoPlus) to rip the video into a new video file. Yeah, extra works. Quote
