How long for new account details?

Hi

 

I purchased DVBViewer approx 2 years ago, but never got around to updating my account after the new security was put in place for the latest versions.

 

On Sunday 3rd Feb I tried to request the new details, however have still not heard a thing.

 

How long is the usual turn around time?
