better location to save settings

I've finally bought a new mobo after more than 4 years and therefore have to configure a new Windows setup, while doing this I'll also update DVBViewer to the latest version. Restoring my data from my backup I noticed DVBViewer stored the settings at:

C:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer

and the directory ProgramData is hidden by default and little to no other application use it to save settings, the most popular location by far is:

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming

Overall I've backed up settings of 6 applications, and all except DVBViewer all use this directory. They are like DVBViewer all great, I'm sure many other here use or know them: xbmc, MediaMonkey, VLC, Firefox, Thunderbird
