Transfer my licence to somebody who has bought my TV card

May I please transfer my licence to someone to whom I have sold my TV card, as I no longer need it?

 

If it's possible, I will give his email address etc.

Hello,

 

in the german text of the licence (http://www.DVBViewer.com/license.htm) vou can read, for the transfer of your licence you have to return it to c&mv hackbart and he would transfer it to the third person. For this you would have to pay 20 Euro. It would be cheaper for the buyer of your Tv card to buy a new DVBViewer Pro licence.
