Slow startup after upgrading from version 4 to 5

Hello,

I used DVBViewer version 4 for several years, and recently upgraded to version 5.2.0.0 Pro. Immediately I noticed that my startup time at least doubled. It takes about 20 seconds to get past the splash screen, and once the program has launched and is tuned into a channel, the toolbar is grey and I can't control the program (like changing channels with the keyboard) for another 4-5 seconds. After that, everything is fine.

 

Anyone else experienced this?

 

• exact TV-card modell and useed driver version : TerraTec Cinergy USB XS HD
• type and chipset of the mainboard: ASRock Z77 Pro3
• graphics card and useed driver version: Nvidia GeForce 560, latest WHQL driver

Update to the current 5.2.7 version and take note of this.
