Snapper Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Help please Reinstalled my SkyStar2 PCI card on upgraded AMD 2400, and Asrock motherboard PC, Win98, MediaPlayer9, Matrox 450 Dual head video card (worked OK on old AMD 1800) I get good signal strength 70 to 90%, picture comes up on Hotbird NBC Europe (and others) after a minute or so as a still, then changes frames every couple of seconds, with each frame change hard drive is being accessed, have downloaded new SkyAVC.ax as suggested, I have disabled overlay in Setup4PC, none of these seem to make a difference.
