Emprex MCE remote issue with 5.2.9

I'm using the Emprex remote with the MCE2005 input plugin and it works fine in 5.2.8.1, but if I update to 5.2.9 then most of the remote doesn't work, only the buttons that replecate the keyboard buttons.

 

If I go back to 5.2.8.1 it all works again.

 

I only updated the main app, nothing else.

I have the same problem. Have to go back to 5.2.8.1.

Just to update this topic, 5.3.0 seems to work ok with the remote.
