skystar s2 (no hardware available ) for encrypted channels onley

i have problem with my DVBViewer 5.2.9.0 when i try to open an encrypted channel i receive no hardware available message, but when i use another progarm like Prog DVB with the same windows and same card skystar s2 it seems there is no problem and it's opened normally

 

so for sure the problem in the DVBViewer, i need your help please to fix these issue

The Skystar S2 has no CI. So there is no card where the option "Has CI module" is selected.

And because you need a CI for decrypting the channels. You get the message, everything works as intended.
