Demo worked ok Full version Black screen and Error Message

Hi

The demo version worked great so I paid for the full version, downloaded and installed it.

Now on startup I get the following error message

 

DVB Viwer Pro Error
Cannot render Mediafile/Output.Pin, error: 0x8007007E. The specified module could not be found.

 

 

 

And now the screen is black though I ge sound.

This has now affected the DEMO version as well.

 

I saw the FAQ about black screen with sound.

I tried the Options->DirectX but couldn' see anywhere that said "output" under Options->DirectX or "Unchanged" or "VMR".

 

Started off thinking he software was perfect for me but now no so sure.

Any idea what has gone wrong and how I can fix it?

I have exactly the same problem with UK Freeview SD channels, although the HD channels are fine.

Install the LAV Filters and select it in options > DirectX as codec.

Hi, thanks for the reply. However I managed to get a result myself by changing the MPEG2 filter from Cyberlink to AMD. I'll check out the LAV filters as well.
