A small annoying problem

Please do not send that much Private eMails via the forum about problems which have been answered inside the forum tons of times. This is not because i won't answer - further on its because the stupid folder is filled up in my own account each second day. And i absolutely hate the small popupwindow with that less space. Either ask the question inside the forum, or send me a real mail.

PS: And i won't answer questions about the reason why other non DVBViewer applications are not working.

I think we have forums for people use them. I categorically disagree with PM or e-mail support (also because I get 4000 emails/day, 99% of it is spam) and over at RadLight I give people who send questions via PM a warning (actually, e-mail support is part of the RadLight Pro advantages package so registered users may use it).

 

It's simply forum rules and whoever violates them has to be notified. This system is MUCH better for the developers and for the users. What would you like better? Christian spending 5h/day answering the SAME questions over and over or you realizing that your problem has already been solved and the solution is just 2 clicks away and him having 5 more hours to work on DVBViewer?

I think there is a quite simple solution for it.

 

Maybe there is a possibility to disable the PM feature in the software of your forum. I think you can at least hide the feature.

PM is a verry usefull feature. But who misapply it should get a warn level or get a ban of this board!

maybe on every PM window should be a warning for this.
