Four channels on one transponder not displaying correctly

On 28 E 12633H only one channel Al Jazeera, is displaying correctly, the other 4 channels, Bangla TV, m>movies+1, mov4men+1 and movies4men, all show large amounts of frames dropped, strange frame rate varying between 60-125fps, jitter 14+. When I record the channels and play in another player they play fine, the recordings do not play OK in DVBViewer (same problem as live). I tried both my tuners (Technisat & Hauppauge), same problem on both.

no problem here, though the technical quality is poor (no comment about the content ).

Ah, yes you're right, it's a problem with LAV, I have had so few problems with LAV I forgot to change decoders . Strange it's only these channels.

It's not just channels on that transponder, VIVA has the same problem with LAV on 28E 11895V .

OK.... even more obscure, it's a problem with just those channels, LAV & Intel Quicksync...
