About the membership renewal ....

I have purchased DVBViewer on 2008, and I know there has a renew process.
But I didn't receive any responds from the system. Anyone can tell me what should I do?

in fact, im already sending request for many times and try to use a different e-mail address

You can of course buy a new licence. 15 euros is after all not big money. Many users have multiple licences because we do want the software to survive and enjoy the continued development of it

Finally, I purchased for another licence....

 

but i hope the develop team can be solve the renewal membership problem of it ...
