Changed Terratec H7 -> Terratec H7 v4, no cam menu

Bought a new Terratec H7 v4 to replace my old H7. In the old H7 the cam module showed up, in the new it does not. "Has CI module" option is checked. The CAM menu option is greyed out. Any idea what could be wrong?
