IS VMR9/EVR change quality of the record?

I know different codecs and Video Renderers can effect on stability, color and... In the picture I see. But If I change Video Renderer [VMR9/EVR] or Video codecs, is it cause higher or lower quality in record video?

No, playback options have nothing to do with the recording.

 

The DVBViewer saves the video/audio stream in the format in which it comes from the TV station.
