Moush
Hello, I have installed a TBS dual DVB-S2 card, but it only shows a single Tuner A card. I have updated to latest drivers, and using Windows 7 64 bit. Any advise would be appreciated to get both tuners operating. Regards, Stephen. Quote Link to comment

Griga
For further investigation please use the TransEdit test version that I have attached here. Store TransEdit_Test.exe in the DVBViewer installation folder (where DVBViewer.exe is). Some functions are not available in the test version, but it provides extended logging. After having launched TransEdit_Test.exe, go to Settings -> Hardware and click "Detect Devices". Then close the test version. After closing the test version a log can be found in the configuration folder (see Info Menu in TransEdit) as TransEdit_Test.txt. Please attach the file here. Quote Link to comment

Moush
Supplier TBS have indicated it may be a faulty card, as Tuner B won't initialise. I will keep you informed. Regards, Stephen. Quote Link to comment
Griga
TransEdit and DVBViewer call a system device enumeration function for KSCATEGORY_BDA_NETWORK_TUNER when scanning for devices, and this function only enumerates one tuner. No second tuner is visible in the log. There is no error that prevents finding the second tuner. It is simply not reported by Windows. Quote Link to comment
Moush
Can you explain your response please, is it likely that the card is at fault, or could there be a driver problem or conflict? Thanks for your prompt assistance to date. Quote Link to comment
Tjod
It could be either a driver or a hardware problem. The DVBViewer only communicants with the driver. So if the driver don't list the device for whatever reason the DVBViewer can't use it. So only TBS can answer you that question. Quote Link to comment
