Have a look here:

http://de.kingofsat.net/pos-30W.php

Download the 3300.ini file - see table at the top, disk symbol. Store it in the Transponders subdirectory of the configuration folder (see help menu in DVBViewer). Then close an re-open DVBViewer. Now you should be able to select the "30W" transponder list in the scanner window.

Recommendation: Rather use TransEdit for scanning (download from the members area).

Thank you for you answer.

I've tried that before, but the search only find channels from spanish operator, it should find from Portuguese ones too, but it does not.

Do you know on which frequencies the Portuguese providers are broadcasting? There are other sites that may be helpful, e.g.

http://www.lyngsat.com/Hispasat-1D-1E.html

Does the list contain what you are looking for?

TransEdit allows to manually add frequencies to transponder lists and to create new lists (see File -> New List -> Satellite).

The NOS/MEO-Transponders are on Hispasat 1e on -30°. If you use Transedit correct and yor equipment is correct you should receive your wished channels.
