I need to reinstall my OS

I apologise if this question has been asked or there is some faq that I needed to read.

 

I need to reinstall my OS. Other than configuration folder to back up, what else do I need to back up so that when I install DVBViewer Pro and the Recording Service everything works with the same configuration?

Make sure to backup the .dvbvkey and user name and password as well.

I actually already saved the key file, user name and password into another folder.

 

Do I need to physically move the key file back to the DVBViewer Pro directory before installation, just like the configuration folder?

The DVBViewer setup will ask for the key file and user name/password.
