UDP input via "Open URL" doesn't work

I tried to watch video stream the same I am doing via VLC player.

So I use the Playback tab and from there I open the URL. In the text box I filled the IP address, but it doesn't work.

I tried to insert unicast and multicast IP's but both of them failed.
