Missing the option to edit the name of the favorites folder

When you double click on the name of the folder, it is not possible to change the name.

Here it works. Please note that it must be a slow double click.

That's normal Windows behaviour. Maybe you can change the mouse settings in the control panel.

That´s not a double click and has nothing to do with the mouse settings. That is a select (one click) and then change (one click), the same as with the Windows Explorer when you want to rename a file or a folder
