TS play file

Hi i've got a simple question

i've added TS stream file in DVBMS and want to know if the file plays only when it is selected ?

or if it plays all long in the server?

I think you should elaborate your questions a bit, cuz it is not very clear what you mean.

I added TS files in DVBMS and would like to know if they are played permanently in the background on the server or on the contrary the playback starts only when the channel is selected in kodi addon ? - thanks

There only played on demand. If no client request the stream, nothing will played.
