Please help, after installing DVB Pro 6., the channel works seems to work fine,and changing channels seems no issue (ie) no lag )

except

First, HD channels  are smearing with green,/yellow colors  on the low part of the screen. and 

Secondly, when I installed the DM server,  connect client through wizard I can't watch any channel, the signal displayed is strong on the bar, which indicate the channel is receiving, but every channel that turned to will not work.

 I went to the this file svchardware.xml then change to 2   DiSEqCCount">1</entry     for every tuner
