subminiature
In case this might be effecting others. I have lost all Freesat channels. The cable can be plugged into a set top box which displays the channels as expected. My PC has recently got the Windows 10 1803 upgrade but sometime before the last recorded satellite program on Tuesday. Freeview is okay. There is a new version of software. I'll try that out first. subminiature
Following installing the latest version I still have no satellite channels and others like BBC One HD and Channel 4 HD have been lost from Freeview when they were present moments before. Rescanned Freeview. Nothing found - no channel at all. Rebooted got Freeview back. Still no Freesat. Suggestions as to what to try next please. support.zip Quote Link to comment
Griga
I'd try to uninstall the BlackGold DVB-S2 device driver (including deletion) -> reboot -> install it again. In some cases it fixed issues after the 1803 upgrade. Quote Link to comment
subminiature
Many thanks. That worked. I checked updates. Last Windows update was 15th. Last recording was 18th 22:00. I suppose there might have been a reboot after that. The machine is normally on 24/7 to record channels. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
