Hello guys,

 

I just bought an Astrometa Tuner and I understood I have more facilities if I use DVBViewer.

 

1) It's true I can record multiple channels in same time?

2) It's true the output of videos can be in MP4 ?

3) It's true I can decrypt some channels?

 

Also I want to ask if it is possible to use the software on two devices, not in same time. I want to use PC when I'm home and laptop when I'm gone.

1) I know that for certain, as I tested it myself. You can record all programs in same mux (frequency). If you have more tuners, that goes for each mux (frequency) you can see.

 

Let's say you have mux with 4 programs, you can record all of them at the same time.

 

I tested it recording 6 programs (3+3) it worked flawlessly.

Also, what plugin you recommend for crypted channels?  I heard about PowerVU, [removed, violating forum rule §13 ], Poc.. I'm newbie! :D

Don't know anything about encrypted channels, I watch only FTA ones.
