Cannot visit web interface on the internet

I have bought DVBViewer Media Server, and I still cannot connect DMS web interface to the internet despite doing port forwarding on my Totolink A2004NS router and closing my Windows Firewall. I can only browse it in the intranet. How should I fix it? Many thanks!
