Why channel list and DMS cannot open streamlink

I have a link in aac format, it can be opened by pasting the link using “open url” function , but it cannot be opened when using channel list and dms. It could be opened before this afternoon until server stopped for a while. The link is

Remark: I can open the link directly or on windows media player

The server responds very slowly. That's why this channel needs a longer connection timeout value.

 

Goto Options -> Hardware,  click Add -> TS Stream Device, then Settings (opens the TS Sream settings). Set the connection timeout to e.g. 10000 ms (this value makes it work here). Click OK in the settings dialog and again in the Options window.

 

DVBViewer will not respond while it is waiting for the server reply.
