No device is detected when I install the app.

 

 

 

C:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\support.zip

 

What's wrong?

You didn't attach the support.zip (attaching means uploading it it to the forum), but just posted the path of the file on your PC. That's of no avail.
