Kein Bild/Ton ...und der Viewer läuft sehr langsam!

Hallo

Seit gestern habe ich weder Bild noch Ton

und das ganze Programm reagiert sehr langsam.

Es wird noch angezeigt was gerade läuft ...und auch

das EPG zeigt alle Sendungen an, aber ansonsten bleibt

der Bildschirm schwarz.
