sat>ip freeze problem

Hello everyone, While watching TV with sat>ip from the media server, I watch the broadcast intermittently on some channels with weak satellite signal...but when I watch the satellite on the pc with the tv card inserted, there is no problem... what is the reason for this?

After removing the additional stuff in your post it looks normal (see above). Where does it come from?
