Where is DVB Server settings on V3 ?

I can't seem to find the settings for DVB Server Application anywhere, can someone help please?

 

Version 3 DVBViewer.

Its the server dialogue settings box that I can't find.

I dont seem to have that server dialogue box anywhere.

 

I found the Client settings OK.

DVBServer.exe is located in the DVBViewer folder.
