Hi,

I last used DVBViewer Pro like a year or such ago and I cannot find the Keys file anywhere.

I tried the lost and found page but it rejected my email in German red text.

I still have access to the members are which uses a password that is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx but I assume this is not the key?

It is stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\DVBViewer Shared. The file extension is .dvbvkey.

The problem is I last installed this program maybe a year or two+ ago so I no longer have it anywhere on my drive. I have even changed my PC components and storage devices many times let alone the OS.

The key file was attached to the mail that you got after purchasing DVBViewer. Check your mail archive...

That's bad because you have to purchase DVBViewer again if you want to use it:

The key file can't be recreated because it's an individual item.

AFAIK the mail that you got after purchasing DVBViewer recommended to create a safe backup, didn't it?
