Add xmltv data to EPG

i was thinking that it might be useful for programming reasons to add xmltv data to the epg data since epg only provides data for a few days.

Christian and I worked on a XMLTV importer. I don't know if and when it will be released. But I will ask christian.

because the epg data for sky italia is not in the channel that you see but in a unique channel called epg.
