Suddenly i encounter this message: No hardware available.I check in device in manager and everything seems to be fine with message: This device is working properly !

So whats going on ?i don 't understand what happen😐

There are some possible reasons, e.g. the Windows BDA sub-system may be damaged, which would require a Windows repair installation.

 

However, the screenshots show that you are using a very old DVBViewer version released before 5.6.0 / 2016. We cannot provide support for such old versions anymore.

with latest version of DVBViewer there Is no message:  "no hardware " ,but PMT and SDT is red and no channel found anymore.....

windows problem or hardware probem...

Just a guess: Windows has changed the hardware ID of your USB device (Windows sometimes does for unknown reasons), so your old installation doesn't find it anymore. DVBViewer Demo doesn't have this problem because it did a new device detection after installation. In this case you also need to perform a device detection with your old DVBViewer on Options -> Hardware.

This means that nothing has been received on a frequency and/or with the given parameters. Dunno why...
