Look at what Audio decoder you have set in the DirectX preference: you will find that you are using the NVidia Audio decoder, or, if you have set "Auto", this filter is wat your system choose by default.

Simply choose another filter to decode Audio and the problem whould disappear...

I went to: DVBViewer -->Settings -->Options -->Direct Show Filters and changed everything in "Output Device" and "Use DeDynamic DirectShow Filter". Didn't solve the problem.

Then I went to "Control Pannel" -->System --> Hardware -->Device Manager-->Video, Sound Devices -->Audio codecs -->properties and activate and deactivate one by one all the codecs.

Didn't solve the problem.

I went to "DirectX Diagnosis" and everything was right. Didn't see how to change codec.

I've updated the drivers of my SoundBlaster Audigy. I've uninstalled DirectX 9(with an uninstaller utility for DirectX), changed to a previous version. Didn't solve the problem.

Maybe I did it wrong.

Thanks.

Tick the "Automatic Audio Format Detection" checkbox in the options.

If this doesn't work, run a test with DVBViewer GE. Please read the installation instructions in the ReadMe before you do it, and tick the above mentioned checkbox in the options.

By this I got it working in DVBViewer GE even with very "strange" audio channels.
